Weekly progress!

So, I haven't blogged in a week and a half and thought I would share some progress with you all! Last week I did Zumba 3 times (Mon, Thurs, sun) and I made sure that Breakfast was my biggest meal of the day, and that I actually ate it! I missed my morning snacks b/c I simply forgot :( I made sure that I got my 25 grams of fiber in a day, thanks to Todd Littleton (Livnnsidout's owner) and I LOST 2lbs in 4 days!!!!!!!!!! soooo you guys come do Zumba with me! Next week my goal is to work out 4 days instead of 3!

I love you all that support me :) its so encouraging to read your comments and to talk to you at the gym!

Life is starting to live thru me!
